Intensive one week Yin Yoga teacher training 50 hours certified by Yoga Alliance International, from june the 6th to june the 12th in Cross, at the foot of Cévennes mountain region, a real oasis of peace. One week to learn and digest all the contents and teachings from this unbelievable discipline which unifies yoga and traditional Chinese medecine.

What is it Yin Yoga? It is this wonderful and ancestral discipline that unifies yoga and the wisdom from Traditional Chinese Medecine.

This training is open to all the students who want to explore the authenticity of Yin Yoga, but it is also for yoga teachers who look for nurrishing their own practice and teaching and for health professionals like psychologists, physiotherapists, massage therapists and for school teachers.

The program explores the origins of Yin Yoga, the taoist phisolosphy, the postures from Yin Yoga and their variations, the anatomy from the fascias and meridians, all the teaching techniques and how to structure a Yin Yoga session.

Following the quality standards from Yoga Alliance International, I've established a complete training programme which includes:

- Guided practices of Yin Yoga and Yin Yang

- History of Yin Yoga and philosophy

- Anatomy and physiology in the system of Yin Yoga

- Basics of Traditional Chinese Medecine and fonctionning of the main meridians

- How to structure a practice of Yin Yoga

- Teaching methodology
